- In order to serve you better we request you to not accept the package if external packaging is damaged.
Process To File returns:
•Just mail us email@example.com Along with your account and order details
•You will receive reference no. for your product replacement.
•Send us back that product with its original packing(Through Registered Courier Service) and invoice Mention Reference no. in front of package.
Once product is received our Team will review .
•After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement is initiated. Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability with the respective merchant
•And it could take upto 10 working days in the processing
Returns/Replacement are accepted under the following cases –
•Wrong Product – Wrong color/ size/ style
•Wrong item ordered/ delivered•Defective Product – Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning •Wrong Quantity – Missing/Damaged Products/ Parts
Under what conditions replacement request will not be accepted?
Replacement requests will not accepted under following cases –
•If Products are Altered/ Used
•If Product is Returned without Original Packaging (price tags, labels & accessories)
•If Serial Number is tampered
•For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 2 days of the delivery
•For Products sold under specific promotion. Or Provided as gift under promotional or loyalty program
